With extensive experience as a founder, brand architect, creative director, and marketing guru, Russel sees himself as the custodian of brands. He leads a talented team in establishing authentic brand visions, solving commercial challenges creatively, and executing effective marketing strategies, including direct and online marketing and SEO.

Qualifications & Expertise

Russel holds a Bachelor of Design Studies and a Master of Business, complemented by workshops in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Direct Marketing (ADMA), and certification in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). His diverse skill set enables him to coach clients for maximum performance and lead brand empowerment initiatives at NUVO Creative.

Driven by a passion for design and creativity instilled since childhood, Russel has filed numerous patents and trademarks. His dedication to personal development is evident in his extensive library and workshops, including the Value Creation Blueprint. Russel’s communication skills were refined through Toastmasters, where he served as an Area Governor.

Brief History

Born in Ayr, North Queensland, Russel pursued architecture studies at the University of Queensland before embarking on a successful career in architecture and engineering firms. He co-founded one of Brisbane’s pioneering multidiscipline design offices, showcasing his expertise in property development and refurbishment. After obtaining a Masters in Business (Communications), Russel shifted his focus to corporate rejuvenation, through branding, marketing & digital transformation.
